Exclusions

After hours fault finding, specialised fault finding e.g. Ground penetrating radar, weekend work and large industrial sites will need to be discussed with the client and quoted.

High Water Bill:

Compared your monthly water bill, if the bill increases suddenly there is a good chance you have a leak. Also compare the previous year’s billing against the current year, if there is significant difference between the two periods and the rates have not increased, then you probably have a leak.

Soggy Ground:

Unusual soggy ground is likely to signify broken water lines which are probably not draining away from your home. If neglected for a long time, not only will your garden appear soggy, but it could also cause a shift in the foundations of your home.

Running water:

Occasionally you might hear the sound of running water, make sure everything has been turned off, and check that nobody is using a tap or toilet somewhere on the property. If there is still a sound emitted, then there could be a leak in the walls or under the property.
